THE OPPORTUNITY
Active Talent is partnering with an established Southland law firm seeking an experienced Legal Executive to join their Invercargill-based team.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and established practice, working across a varied client base with the autonomy to manage your own files while having the support of an experienced wider team.
THE ROLE
You’ll work across a varied legal practice, managing files and working directly with clients across areas including:

Residential conveyancing
-
Sale and purchase transactions
-
Refinancing
-
Subdivisions and property matters
-
Wills and enduring powers of attorney
-
Estate administration
-
General legal executive work
-
Direct client contact and relationship management
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You’ll bring practical Legal Executive experience together with strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage client matters, including:

Previous experience working as a Legal Executive within a New Zealand law firm

NZ Legal Executive qualification or relevant equivalent experience

Experience across conveyancing and property matters

Strong communication and client relationship skills

Confidence managing files with appropriate support

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A practical and solutions-focused approach

The ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team
